Customization Instructions
1. Once you've completed the order, email getsupport@shopdrestiny.com and include the following information. Customer service will contact you within 1–3 days to confirm details and finalize your order.
2. Please copy and paste the below template into an email and provide us the following information;
Name: Example - Megan (Please provide names for all shoes purchased - If the design you choose doesn't visibly show a name in the image, that design doesn't include the name on the shoes.)
Design: Example - Purple Pink (Please provide color name from the product page or select one of the other 3 options below. Example: Yellow Candy/Pink Rainbow/Pink Candy Please provide design choice for all shoes purchased)

Custom Orders: If you are making a custom order, you will have 24 hours to cancel the order request. After 24 hours, you will no longer be permitted to cancel the order due to the fact that we've already started making your order.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Our technicians will copy, and paste based on the text provided. The text box is case-sensitive. We will NOT spell check, and we will assume that all information provided to us, was done so correctly and accurately.
