Customization Instructions
1. Once you've completed the order, email getsupport@shopdrestiny.com and include the following information. Customer service will contact you within 1–3 days to confirm details and finalize your order.
Please email us the following template for each gift ordered.
2. Please copy and paste the below template into an email and provide us the following information;

If you wish to order any initial in your own custom font, please send us an image of the letter in that font, and please use a high resolution image.
You can also request any of the letters not shown in the font that is on the other rings. If this is the case, please just email us and say:
"I would like this font in letter O, Q, U, V, W, X, Y or Z"
(You can see what each of the above letters would like in the images provided on the product page.)
Also, please include which color you would like the ring to come in. If you would like any of the letters shown to come in gold or black, please email us after your order and just say:
"Please order this in black or gold"
Here is what black and gold colors look like:
Custom Orders: You are making a custom order, you will have 24 hours to cancel the order request. After 24 hours, you will no longer be permitted to cancel the order due to the fact that we've already started making your order.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Our technicians will copy, and paste based on the text provided. The text box is case-sensitive. We will NOT spell check, and we will assume that all information provided to us, was done so correctly and accurately.
