Custom Color Instructions
1. Once you've completed the order, email getsupport@shopdrestiny.com and include the following information. Customer service will contact you within 1–3 days to confirm details and finalize your order.
2. Please copy and paste the below template into an email (Please do this for each dress ordered)
Color: (Please provide a color number from the color choices below, or take a screenshot of the color and include that attachment in the email.)
Color Choices
Custom Orders: You are making a custom order, even if you're ordering a non-custom size from the size guide, or a color that is non-custom. You will have 24 hours to cancel the order request. After 24 hours, you will no longer be permitted to cancel the order due to the fact that we've already started making your custom order. Please take the time to review the FULL terms and conditions regarding custom-made items.
