How Much Does Shipping Cost?
Shipping is completely free!
All shipping is Standard shipping. The only time we CAN offer expedite shipping is with most of our custom-made dresses. Due to the length of time it takes to make the items, we may be able to expedite your order to you. (for an additional cost) If you're unsure whether your order will be expedited, please feel free to reach out to us at getsupport@shopdrestiny.com.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
It takes anywhere between 2–14 days plus 7 days processing time* to receive your package. Customers on average receive their orders within 14 days from the time they placed their order. *For our full shipping policy, please go HERE.

What methods of payment are accepted?
We accept almost all forms of payment. We do not however accept any digital currencies at this time, nor do we accept cash or cheques.
What currency are the prices on your store displayed in?
Is shopping online safe?
Shopping online through shopdrestiny.com is safe. We offer SSL payment protection and none of our staff including the highest levels of management have access to your payment information. Our agents can only ever see the last four digits of your payment method's numbers. How Do I Cancel Or Change My Order?
Order cancellation may be possible depending on the order status. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to intercept it, and you would need to follow our standard return procedures. If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to process a cancellation request, however, this is not guaranteed as the order may already be in the packing process. For custom-made items, cancellations are not accepted after 24 hours from order placement. To request a cancellation, please contact us ASAP at getsupport@shopdrestiny.com
How Do I Track My Order?
Please visit our tracking page at https://www.shopdrestiny.com/pages/order-tracking, or by clicking here. From our tracking page, please enter the tracking number provided to you VIA email. Please keep in mind that you will not see live updates until the order has passed through customs and been handed off to your Country's Postal Service. Example: USA/USPS, UK/Royal Mail, Canada/Canada Post etc.
How Do I Return My Order?
The first step in the return process is to fill out our MANDATORY return/refund form, located here. If you wish to return an item, please fill out the form within 14 days of getting your order.
Once you've completed the form and submitted it, a return/refund agent will be assigned to you and will contact you within 72 hours of submission of the form.

Who Is Responsible For Return Shipping Costs?
It depends. If the item(s) you purchased is part of our 'Free Return' program. We will issue you a return label VIA email for you to print and drop off at a specified postal location.* Once we've received the item back in the condition it was sent out, we will issue you a full refund.
If the item is not part of our 'Free Return' program, it will be the sole responsibility of the customer to pay the return shipping fees. Please keep in mind these will always be international shipping fees as we donate all of our returned items to international Countries.
There are many exceptions to the two scenarios mentioned above, so it's always best to email us within the first 10 days of getting your order to let us know you wish to return the item(s) you ordered and one of our expert return/refund team members will be able to assist you with your specific questions and needs. *For more information, please visit our return/refund policy.
How Do I Know If A Product Is Part of The Free Return Program at Drestiny?
To determine if an item is eligible for free returns, please consult the "Specifications" section on the product page. Free return eligibility is indicated in the final bullet point.
While we strive for accuracy, in rare instances a free return designation may be displayed in error. All return and refund decisions are at the sole discretion of our dedicated department and are considered final.
Free return eligibility is subject to change without notice. Please note that free returns are not available for customers in New Zealand or Canada.
Are All Items Eligible For Returns For Refunds?
No. There are a few instances where you would be deemed ineligible to return your item for a refund under any circumstance. Please email us or review the return/refund policy for full details.
How Long Will It Take For Me To Get My Refund Back?
Once your item is returned to us, and it has been scanned as returned by our warehouse, we will immediately issue you a refund. It can take up to 10 days for you to receive that money back to your original form of payment though due to processing times.
You will receive a notification that we have refunded your money, if you haven't received the money back after 10 days please contact us immediately, so we can launch an investigation.
