Warm Tip: Measuring accurately is necessary to guarantee the fit of your selection if your size is way off the standard size chart shown below, please refer to the information below and email us your exact measurements. Please follow the measurement instructions and measure yourself carefully!
1. Once you've completed the order, email getsupport@shopdrestiny.com and include the following information. Customer service will contact you within 1–3 days to confirm details and finalize your order.
2. Please copy and paste the below template into an email and have yourself measured for each of the points mentioned. (We recommend that you have a professional provide you with the measurements, however if you feel comfortable doing it yourself, please proceed).
1. Height (Distance from top of head to the floor after removing shoes) = ___ cm/inches.
2. Chest (Bust) =___ cm/inches.
3. Waist Circumference =___ cm/inches.
4. Hip Circumference =___ cm/inches.
4. Hollow to Floor (With shoes) =___ cm/inches.

A. The product does not include any accessories such as gloves, wedding veil or petticoat, price is for one dress only.
B. Affected by many factors, such as cutting skills of different tailors, photography lighting, camera angles and different electronic displays, there may be minor difference between the dress you receive and the pictures above. Please allow few slight differences, which is a normal phenomenon as these dresses are replicas, thanks for your kind understanding.
C. Before ordering, please read this listing carefully and ask all your questions. We will reply as soon as possible.
D. We strongly recommend you to have your measurements taken by a professional before buying any gown online. Please refer to the measurement instructions and measure yourself carefully.
E. Dress can be made in Custom Size, Color, Design.
F. All dresses are not in stock, production begins after the order is confirmed.
Custom Orders: You are making a custom order, even if you're ordering a non-custom size from the size guide, or a color that is non-custom. You will have 24 hours to cancel the order request. After 24 hours, you will no longer be permitted to cancel the order due to the fact that we've already started making your custom order.
