After 24 hours, you will no longer be permitted to cancel the order due to the fact that we've already started making your Custom Design Kids Shoes. We use software to detect which Country you're in. We sell certain products to certain Countries, so if you have your currency set to USD but live in Canada, and then try to order something that is not available in the Country you live in, then you will get a 404 error page or be re-directed to the homepage. It is extremely important for you to stay on your own Country's currency.
We must be notified of your return request within 14 days of your order being delivered.
Return shipping costs will only be covered by us for products that are part of our Free Return program
A restocking fee of 17% will be assessed on all returns.
You are required to fill out and submit the mandatory return/refund form if you wish to return an item.
If you wish to return an item that is not part of our Free Return Program, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to an international address.
Customers living in New Zealand or Canada are never eligible for our Free Return program and must always pay return shipping cost.
